What you will do

• Prototype and build features for patient outreach and automated re-engagement platforms.
• Develop and iterate on voice agents to streamline the patient onboarding process.
• Enhance AI-generated messaging frameworks across multiple communication modalities.
• Partner with data science teams to identify patient engagement patterns and drive product improvements.
• Own large product areas end-to-end, contributing to net-new product development.

Requirements

• Strong computer science foundation via degree or professional experience.
• Experience building and shipping high-quality software, specifically for growth or engagement products.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and moving between frontend, backend, and data tooling.
• Excitement for applying AI and LLMs to solve real-world product problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and product-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building large-scale outreach or communication systems.
• Background in working with voice AI and conversational agents.
• Proficiency with data pipelines, analytics, or experimentation frameworks.
