What you will do

• Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of live banking clients post-onboarding.
• Develop and maintain customer configurations and workflows to align with bank objectives.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and handle support escalations while coordinating with internal product and engineering teams.
• Educate banking staff on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Communicate product releases and technical resolutions to customers.
• Support strategic implementations and project management during peak resource demands.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US and based in the continental United States.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with a structured approach.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Technical proficiency in a scripting language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stakes situations and support escalations.
