Davis Talent Search is hiring a Client Experience Manager to serve as the central point of coordination between clients and the internal team for a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor focused on comprehensive financial planning.

The company seeks someone who will manage client experience, complex workflows, and a small remote team while ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery. This is not a sales or advisory role.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Acting as primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication and expectations
- Serving as central coordinator for task prioritization across hundreds of clients
- Leading, coaching and providing accountability to a remote team of 3-6
- Ensuring adherence to processes, identifying improvements and maintaining best practices

🔑 Requirements:
- Strong project management & operational skills with ownership mindset
- Financial and technical acumen, comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely within Eastern Time hours
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, able to travel 1-2 times per year
