Salary: $144,400 - $177,450 (varies by tier)

What you will do

• Prospect, expand, and manage broker relationships to drive Home Equity Investment (HEI) originations.
• Lead outreach, qualification, and onboarding processes for new growth-oriented partnerships.
• Act as a hunter to build channel volume and coach brokers through support and feedback.
• Communicate broker needs to product and business leaders to inform roadmaps.
• Liaise between brokers and operations staff to ensure smooth contract execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, specifically in wholesale or correspondent lending.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global’s approved states of operation.
• Expert-level understanding of mortgage underwriting, closing, and sales procedures.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of initiating new business relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
