Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in engineering management leading multiple teams.
• Proven track record in scaling engineering teams and driving high-impact, measurable projects.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Operations.
• Deep technical acumen in backend systems, AI/ML applications, or workflow orchestration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in and based in Canada.
