What you will do

• Build and lead a multi-team engineering organization of 30+ members, hiring and mentoring engineering managers.
• Set the long-term technical and organizational strategy for Copilot AI evaluation and quality measurement.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence product roadmaps and drive complex cross-organizational initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery of evaluation platforms, novel testing techniques, and agentic solutions for AI response quality.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
• Navigate organizational ambiguity and make strategic tradeoffs on technology and staffing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Proven track record of managing multi-team organizations (30+ engineers) and managing managers.
• Experience delivering large-scale software systems in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in LLM evaluation, AI quality measurement, or ML infrastructure.
• Must be able to work from a designated office at least four days a week.
