Salary: $129,000–$195,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do
- Define and execute growth strategies for customer lifecycle journeys to drive engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to create personalized messaging experiences.
- Utilize customer segmentation and data analysis to identify opportunities for targeted product adoption.
- Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests using statistical fundamentals to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Iterate on creative campaigns based on performance data to continuously improve user engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services or similar data-driven fields.
- Proven ability to use analytical tools, relational databases, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong experience in customer segmentation, marketing strategy, and messaging optimization.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with HTML for marketing campaign implementation.
