TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)

Salary: $129,000–$195,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do

  • Define and execute growth strategies for customer lifecycle journeys to drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to create personalized messaging experiences.
  • Utilize customer segmentation and data analysis to identify opportunities for targeted product adoption.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests using statistical fundamentals to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Iterate on creative campaigns based on performance data to continuously improve user engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services or similar data-driven fields.
  • Proven ability to use analytical tools, relational databases, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong experience in customer segmentation, marketing strategy, and messaging optimization.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with HTML for marketing campaign implementation.
