Salary: $129,000–$195,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do

  • Build and scale performance marketing strategies for international brokerage and crypto products.
  • Define and optimize acquisition volume, CAC, LTV, and payback periods across multiple channels.
  • Design and execute incrementality tests and lift studies to measure channel effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative and legal teams to ensure country-specific compliance and messaging.
  • Partner with product and analytics teams to improve user journeys and conversion funnel performance.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from Menlo Park, CA or New York City, NY office (3 days/week).
  • 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing within consumer fintech or high-intensity data industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs in international markets outside the US.
  • Strong analytical depth with hands-on experience using SQL for data-driven decision making.
  • Experience designing structured experiments and multi-touch attribution models.
