What you will do
- Manage inbound interest and drive proactive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new pipeline.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Drive Team (Sales Rep and Customer Success Manager) to support the Japanese market.
- Conduct thoughtful discovery sessions to understand customer context and specific pain points.
- Communicate effectively to connect solutions to unique institutional goals.
- Act as the first point of contact and primary brand ambassador for prospective customers.
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese proficiency required
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to conduct effective customer discovery and personalized outreach
- Based in Australia
