Salary: $81,500 – $137,100 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value brokerage and team accounts as their primary strategic contact.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation, defining success plans that ensure strong long-term adoption.
- Analyze account data to identify trends, risks, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop proactive relationships with client executives through regular business reviews.
- Mentor other CSMs by sharing playbooks and coaching on complex customer scenarios.
- Advocate for customer needs by bringing aggregated insights to product and operations teams.
Requirements
- Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably within SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable client insights.
- Proven ability to manage high-value strategic accounts and drive retention.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level engagement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience.
