Location: Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be available for hybrid work 2–3 days/week in the San Francisco office.

What you will do
- Define and execute end-to-end demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and partner channels.
- Manage the full funnel lifecycle, optimizing campaigns from lead acquisition through to SQL and pipeline contribution.
- Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, overseeing workflows, campaign setup, and performance reporting.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to refine ICP targeting, lead quality, and attribution models.
- Analyze campaign data to manage budgets, forecast performance, and drive continuous optimization.
- Scale marketing processes and establish best practices to support rapid company growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B demand generation or performance marketing experience.
- Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid office presence.
- Startup experience is required, with a proven ability to build programs from the ground up.
- Proven expertise with HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, lead attribution, and pipeline management.
- Strong experience collaborating directly with Sales and Business Development teams.
