TL;DR

Demand Generation Director (Cybersecurity): Building and scaling a digital marketing and demand generation engine for a cyber crisis platform with an accent on multi-channel program strategy and funnel optimization. Focus on hands-on execution across paid, owned, and partner channels while collaborating closely with Sales and Business Development to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Location: Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be available for hybrid work 2–3 days/week in the San Francisco office.

What you will do

  • Define and execute end-to-end demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Manage the full funnel lifecycle, optimizing campaigns from lead acquisition through to SQL and pipeline contribution.
  • Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, overseeing workflows, campaign setup, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to refine ICP targeting, lead quality, and attribution models.
  • Analyze campaign data to manage budgets, forecast performance, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Scale marketing processes and establish best practices to support rapid company growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation or performance marketing experience.
  • Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid office presence.
  • Startup experience is required, with a proven ability to build programs from the ground up.
  • Proven expertise with HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, lead attribution, and pipeline management.
  • Strong experience collaborating directly with Sales and Business Development teams.
