Salary: $195,000–$225,000

• Anticipate and resolve software challenges for fund accounting and operations teams.
• Design and engineer efficient, user-friendly solutions for post-trade management.
• Lead the evolution of technology stacks for research, finance, risk, and compliance.
• Select, vet, and integrate open-source and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to scope requirements and deliver critical components.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in object-oriented programming.
• Experience designing scalable, highly reliable software systems.
• Familiarity with Linux, distributed systems, and multithreaded programming.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in an Engineering or Applied Sciences field.
