What you will do

• Provide customer support and training regarding platform behavior, order processing, and market structure.
• Monitor production, disaster recovery, and test environments to ensure system health and resolve issues.
• Act as a liaison between banks, buy-side firms, brokers, and internal technology teams.
• Perform daily system checks, audit log reviews, and real-time order routing adjustments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using SQL and UNIX shell to conduct data mining and log analysis.
• Onboard new clients, provision services, and support API certification testing.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to work 10:30am - 7:30pm CST.
• 3-5 years of experience in a security-related or technical support position.
• 2+ years of experience with UNIX Shell and SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile Development Methodology.
• FINRA SIE and Series 57 licenses (or ability to obtain within 8 months).
