What you will do

• Act as an Agile coach to mentor and train engineering team members on best practices.
• Facilitate team ceremonies, retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project phases, resource allocation, and identify risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and track business value.
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments and dependencies within delivery teams.
• Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management and Agile execution.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams of 10+ members.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Strong background in technology and the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience in the e-commerce industry.
