Junior Sales Manager (Fintech): Driving growth across the Iberian market by identifying and nurturing B2B relationships with key stakeholders in the fintech and ecommerce sectors with an accent on outbound sales strategies and market analysis. Focus on leveraging AI-driven financial solutions to transform traditional debt collection, building a robust sales pipeline, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Build and manage B2B sales pipelines across Spain and Portugal.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activities within the CRM tool.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Ability to clearly explain AI-driven solutions to potential clients.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset for a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must be able to work from the office in Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese, Catalan, or German.
  • Existing professional network in Iberian consumer-focused industries.
  • Experience in Fintech, InsureTech, or LegalTech sectors.
