What you will do

  • Self-source pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and account research.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and product demos to closing and customer handover.
  • Navigate complex buying committees across Finance, HR, and IT departments.
  • Hit and exceed annual sales quotas while maintaining forecast discipline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, ICP, and feature roadmaps.
  • Mentor junior AE team members and contribute to the evolution of the sales playbook.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of self-sourced deals.
  • Native German and fluent English proficiency required.
  • Proven experience selling to mid-market companies and managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using AI tools for sales efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in an outbound-focused role with consistent quota attainment.

Nice to have

  • Domain expertise in HR tech, fintech, T&E, or ERP.
  • Previous experience in European SaaS scale-ups.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-country sales territories.
