What you will do
- Self-source pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and account research.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and product demos to closing and customer handover.
- Navigate complex buying committees across Finance, HR, and IT departments.
- Hit and exceed annual sales quotas while maintaining forecast discipline.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, ICP, and feature roadmaps.
- Mentor junior AE team members and contribute to the evolution of the sales playbook.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of self-sourced deals.
- Native German and fluent English proficiency required.
- Proven experience selling to mid-market companies and managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using AI tools for sales efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in an outbound-focused role with consistent quota attainment.
Nice to have
- Domain expertise in HR tech, fintech, T&E, or ERP.
- Previous experience in European SaaS scale-ups.
- Proven ability to manage multi-country sales territories.
