What you will do

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline while overseeing the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute quarterly plans to achieve regional targets and market growth.
  • Translate complex user challenges into business value to expand cooperation with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and market alignment.
  • Identify and leverage partnerships to create new business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and present to senior-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of solution selling experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or banking software.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas in complex deals.
  • Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the banking, fintech, or financial inclusion sectors in Indonesia.
  • High level of personal drive and proactive engagement in business development.
