What you will do
- Build and manage a sales pipeline while overseeing the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute quarterly plans to achieve regional targets and market growth.
- Translate complex user challenges into business value to expand cooperation with key accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and market alignment.
- Identify and leverage partnerships to create new business opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events and present to senior-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of solution selling experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or banking software.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas in complex deals.
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong existing network of contacts within the banking, fintech, or financial inclusion sectors in Indonesia.
- High level of personal drive and proactive engagement in business development.
