What you will do
- Develop and manage annual business plans, including volume, distribution, and investment KPIs.
- Coordinate with Distribution Partners to implement 's strategies and merchandising standards.
- Establish tracking systems to benchmark DP performance and measure execution effectiveness.
- Analyze out-of-stock data to optimize personnel and merchandising.
- Maintain relationships with DP ownership and top management to ensure strategic alignment.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to partners to achieve execution excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry within a multinational company.
- Must be based in Bali and available to travel 40-50% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate distribution partners and sales forces.
