What you will do
- Manage key enterprise accounts, ensuring successful product adoption and long-term value realization.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, board members, and operational leads within the financial sector.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks, proposing mitigation strategies and process improvements.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to share customer insights and influence the product roadmap.
- Provide training and consultation on digital transformation best practices and system utility.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in the banking or fintech sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Senior or Managerial role.
- Must be based in the EMEA region and aligned with European, West, or Eastern African time zones.
- Proven experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership presence.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
