TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Executive (Fintech): Driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion for a core banking SaaS platform with an accent on strategic consulting and stakeholder management. Focus on building high-value relationships with C-level executives in the banking and fintech sectors to ensure successful subscription renewals and digital transformation.

Location: Must be based in the EMEA region (European, West, and Eastern African time zones) with ability to travel quarterly.

What you will do

  • Manage key enterprise accounts, ensuring successful product adoption and long-term value realization.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, board members, and operational leads within the financial sector.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks, proposing mitigation strategies and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to share customer insights and influence the product roadmap.
  • Provide training and consultation on digital transformation best practices and system utility.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in the banking or fintech sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Senior or Managerial role.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region and aligned with European, West, or Eastern African time zones.
  • Proven experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership presence.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
