TL;DR

Customer Success Senior Manager (Fintech): Driving client success and adoption of blockchain-based payment and custody solutions in Latin America with an accent on strategic account planning, cross-selling, and multi-stakeholder management. Focus on scaling payment volumes, managing complex B2B relationships, and acting as the voice of the customer within internal product and engineering teams.

Location: Requires hybrid office attendance (10+ days per month).

What you will do

  • Develop strategic account plans and manage contract renewals for clients in Latin America.
  • Lead delivery responsibilities for business and technical work-streams in partnership with the Customer and Partner Engineering team.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities for hirify.global products, including stablecoins and virtual accounts.
  • Build impactful relationships with client executives and decision-makers to understand their evolving business needs.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, disseminating feedback to Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional virtual execution teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working with enterprise customers on new technology adoption.
  • Proven fluency in Portuguese and Spanish in a working environment.
  • Strong understanding of the payments or custody industry.
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder relationships in complex business environments.
  • Background in FinTech, Web3, or startup organizations preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a banking or financial services background.
  • Experience with hirify.global product ecosystems.
