Location: Requires hybrid office attendance (10+ days per month).

What you will do
- Develop strategic account plans and manage contract renewals for clients in Latin America.
- Lead delivery responsibilities for business and technical work-streams in partnership with the Customer and Partner Engineering team.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products, including stablecoins and virtual accounts.
- Build impactful relationships with client executives and decision-makers to understand their evolving business needs.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, disseminating feedback to Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional virtual execution teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with enterprise customers on new technology adoption.
- Proven fluency in Portuguese and Spanish in a working environment.
- Strong understanding of the payments or custody industry.
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder relationships in complex business environments.
- Background in FinTech, Web3, or startup organizations preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills.
