Salary: €53,000 – €85,000

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via Slack, helping them resolve complex data problems.
- Deeply master the product to provide technical support and teach best practices.
- Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to identify trends and improve overall platform tooling.
- Reproduce bugs and create high-quality reports to facilitate rapid fixes.
- Contribute to the community site by creating troubleshooting guides and design patterns.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data analytics/BI tooling.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
- Unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics or technical support.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for problem-solving and helping data professionals succeed.
