Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland; the role is hybrid.

Salary: €53,000 – €85,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via Slack, helping them resolve complex data problems.
  • Deeply master the product to provide technical support and teach best practices.
  • Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to identify trends and improve overall platform tooling.
  • Reproduce bugs and create high-quality reports to facilitate rapid fixes.
  • Contribute to the community site by creating troubleshooting guides and design patterns.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data analytics/BI tooling.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
  • Unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics or technical support.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion for problem-solving and helping data professionals succeed.
