What you will do

• Build and integrate internal and third-party tools to optimize contracting, eligibility, and billing systems.
• Lead large projects by anticipating infrastructure needs and driving architectural decisions.
• Mentor team members and proactively identify ways to improve engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact technical solutions.
• Research and advocate for new technologies, including AI/ML tooling, to solve complex problems.
• Work across the full stack to support mobile application APIs and rich user experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience with modern back-end frameworks such as Rails or Python.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI best practices for application development.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Amplitude, Marketo, or Salesforce integrations.
• Background in healthtech or large-scale digital platforms.
