TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python/Vue): Building and optimizing tech-enabled proactive care solutions for advanced illness patients with an accent on scalable backend APIs and complex state management. Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 a year

hirify.global is a Management Services Organization (MSO) focused on improving the quality of care and costs for patients with advanced illnesses.

What you will do

  • Own the design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-impact full-stack features.
  • Develop and optimize scalable Backend Web APIs using Python and Django REST Framework.
  • Manage and scale cloud infrastructure on GCP, including GKE, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable technical solutions.
  • Advocate for pragmatic engineering and the implementation of simple, robust architectures.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Full-Stack Engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on the backend.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep experience with Django/DRF.
  • Strong frontend fundamentals with experience in Vue.js or React.
  • Solid DevOps skills, including Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Must be based in the United States.
