Salary: $173,250 – $231,100

What you will do

• Architect and deliver complex fullstack solutions for prescription decision-making and cost transparency.
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives and establish company-wide engineering standards.
• Design scalable systems and maintain robust integrations with external EHR partner APIs.
• Partner with product leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute high-impact projects.
• Mentor engineers to elevate technical practices including TDD and pair programming.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high system reliability and integrity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience building and scaling fullstack applications in production environments.
• Proficiency with backend frameworks (Kotlin/Spring or Ruby on Rails) and frontend frameworks (React).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), Docker, and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Exposure to AI models and agentic workflows.
