What you will do

• Manage installation activities, equipment upgrades, and site preparation services for customers.
• Create and process service requests while maintaining detailed project schedules.
• Verify site-specific documentation and scope of work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams and third-party contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Generate and present regular project reports detailing installation progress and KPIs.
• Identify and highlight project risks or trends to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent German skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
• Basic understanding of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Belgrade, Serbia.
