Salary: $1700–$2000 Gross per month

What you will do

• Review bid packages, architectural drawings, and specifications to evaluate project viability and scope.
• Identify technical requirements for aluminum and steel systems, glass types, and associated hardware.
• Own and maintain the bid pipeline and project stages within HubSpot CRM.
• Draft and coordinate formal RFIs to obtain technical clarifications and manage project addendums.
• Provide technical support to estimators, including preparing quantity take-offs and reviewing technical feasibility.
• Coordinate the collection of compliance documentation, such as COIs, bonds, and licenses.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in construction, engineering, estimation, or technical project support.
• Experience reviewing architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction details.
• English: C1 level required.
• Understanding of the bid process, bid invitations, and proposal request workflows.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and basic knowledge of CRM or project tracking systems.
• Must be based in one of the specified locations: Kazakhstan, Georgia, Serbia, Armenia, or Jordan.

Nice to have

• Experience in aluminum, glass systems, or related construction sectors.
• Proficiency with take-off software such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift.
• Russian language proficiency.
