What you will do
- Manage complex customer deployments, escalations, and subscription renewals across a global customer base.
- Conduct strategic business reviews and health checks with executive leadership (CIO, CISO, CTO).
- Present and demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to information security experts.
- Identify and negotiate complex upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving customer needs.
- Analyze customer engagement to assess risks and execute comprehensive action plans.
- Lead strategic team initiatives, mentor junior staff, and develop best-practice guidelines.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for C-level interactions.
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong time management, self-motivation, and team collaboration skills.
- Based in or able to work from the Paris office.
