Customer Success Engineer (Data Resilience)

Customer Success Engineer (Data Resilience): Driving long-term technical success and resilience outcomes for enterprise customers with an accent on the hirify.global Data Platform, migration strategy, and recovery simulations. Focus on building comprehensive protection plans, conducting DRMM assessments, and influencing stakeholder roadmaps to minimize churn and maximize business value.

Location: Must be based in France (Office-based/Hybrid; remote work restricted to residents of France only).

What you will do

• Manage technical onboarding, adoption, and optimization for enterprise-level accounts.
• Execute recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports using the hirify.global DRMM framework.
• Analyze customer usage and environment to identify migration, upsell, and churn-risk opportunities.
• Collaborate with CISO/CIO stakeholders to align product capabilities with business risk and resilience goals.
• Develop and own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap for assigned commercial accounts.
• Influence commercial terms and renewal strategies in partnership with Sales and CS leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• English proficiency: Advanced level required.
• Residence: Must be permanently located in France for employment eligibility.
• Strong technical expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps.
• VMCE certification required (must be completed post-hire).

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) certification.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• Deep familiarity with hirify.global platform capabilities.
