What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans to drive product adoption, expansion, and business outcomes.
  • Navigate complex customer organizations to identify and align with key champions and decision-makers.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor account health, identify potential risks, and extract actionable insights.
  • Conduct high-impact Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to articulate the platform's unique value.
  • Manage the full renewal lifecycle and collaborate with account teams to surface cross-sell opportunities.
  • Articulate the value of technical components including Cloud Gateway, API Gateway, and AI Gateway.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France
  • Strong experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously while prioritizing key deliverables.
  • Proven ability to blend technical knowledge with an executive-level mindset for business value realization.
  • Deep commitment to customer obsession and resilience in overcoming operational or strategic setbacks.
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach to achieving shared organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and data visualization tools like Salesforce and Tableau to manage account hygiene.
