What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive success plans to drive product adoption, expansion, and business outcomes.
- Navigate complex customer organizations to identify and align with key champions and decision-makers.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor account health, identify potential risks, and extract actionable insights.
- Conduct high-impact Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to articulate the platform's unique value.
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle and collaborate with account teams to surface cross-sell opportunities.
- Articulate the value of technical components including Cloud Gateway, API Gateway, and AI Gateway.
Requirements
- Must be based in France
- Strong experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously while prioritizing key deliverables.
- Proven ability to blend technical knowledge with an executive-level mindset for business value realization.
- Deep commitment to customer obsession and resilience in overcoming operational or strategic setbacks.
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to achieving shared organizational goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM and data visualization tools like Salesforce and Tableau to manage account hygiene.
