What you will do

• Own and develop the global Order-to-Cash process to ensure a consistent end-to-end lifecycle.
• Define process standards and governance while aligning stakeholders across regions.
• Act as the primary interface between business operations and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation and user stories.
• Monitor key process KPIs to identify opportunities for scalability and compliance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Fulfillment, Finance, and IT partners on process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in order management, e-commerce operations, or business process management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end digital order-to-cash processes.
• Experience working in international D2C environments and hybrid/agile delivery setups.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be able to work on-site in Munich, Germany.
