What you will do

• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive dynamics to act as the category expert.
• Develop data-driven category strategies to increase distribution, shelf space, and in-store visibility.
• Lead financial and commercial performance analysis, including variance and trend analysis, to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards for key business metrics and financial KPIs.
• Manage the Master Event Calendar for the German market and evaluate pre- and post-promotion performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sales, category management, or business analytics roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets and translate them into commercial strategies.
• Must be based in the Frankfurt office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior leadership.
