Location: Must join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in our beautiful Berlin campus 2 days a week

What you will do
- Own the "Business Case" for new pricing product requirements, building predictive models to estimate the impact of proposed features on key metrics.
- Lead testing efforts and rollout analysis for all new pricing features, holding stakeholders accountable and identifying "value leakage".
- Partner with Global Marketing and Regional Ops leads to translate business visions into actionable product requirements.
- Support the day-to-day "Product Ops" side of pricing by monitoring the health of fee structures globally.
- Build accessible, creative, and engaging data visualizations in Tableau/BigQuery to facilitate access to insights.
- Own the data catalog for all Pricing dimensions, metrics, and KPIs, collaborating with Data Engineering and Product to ensure data is correctly logged and scalable.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Product or Pricing Analyst within a fast-paced marketplace or e-commerce environment.
- Mastery of BigQuery and SQL is essential with the ability to build Python-based modeling pipelines and experience with GitHub.
- Strong grasp of applied statistics, specifically for A/B testing and price elasticity modeling.
- Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, GPO, and Contribution Margin).
- Fluent in English with the ability to translate complex data into a narrative for non-technical stakeholders in Marketing and Product.
- Experience with Airflow for data pipeline management and familiarity with Google Analytics/Amplitude to track the customer checkout funnel.
