What you will do
- Lead and execute end-to-end social media strategies compliant with corporate brand guidelines.
- Manage brand presence across key Chinese social platforms including WeChat, Weibo, RED, and Douyin.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing tactics, including sourcing and building partnerships with KOLs and brand advocates.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform insights to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-time campaign delivery.
- Analyze and report on social platform performance, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness against business KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury beauty industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of agency coordination and launch management.
- Deep understanding of the China KOL/KOC landscape across all major social platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal and external resources.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of luxury market trends.
