What you will do
- Operate day-to-day engagement campaigns and communications, including coordination of timelines, assets, QA, and deployment readiness.
- Manage campaign setup and execution in relevant channels, such as in-app channels (push notification/in-app notification/email), owned social, and other engagement touchpoints as applicable.
- Work with analytics and other stakeholders to monitor performance and produce regular reporting and summarize insights clearly.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actionable next steps for optimization.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve messaging, segmentation, timing, and user experience.
- Collaborate with product, creative, customer support, and other teams to ensure smooth execution and a consistent user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engagement/CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related marketing operations (experience across multiple markets is a plus).
- Hands-on experience supporting campaign execution and operations (briefing, scheduling, asset management, QA, deployment support).
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders such as product, analytics, creative, and operations.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms (email/push/in-app), segmentation concepts, and lifecycle frameworks.
- English: C1 required
- Traditional Chinese: C1 required
- Japanese: Basic
