What you will do

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, including setup, pacing, delivery, and performance optimization.
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients using both self-serve and managed service solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance data to identify key trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to provide insights, support upsell opportunities, and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including insights and creative departments, to activate brand studies and ensure technical alignment.
  • Maintain organized documentation of assets, tracking, and post-campaign results for high-value client reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital media agency, DSP, or AdTech environment.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic buying, header bidding, OpenRTB, and advertising operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balance long-term planning, and handle day-to-day delivery tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with ad servers, verification platforms, DSPs, and Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for campaign optimization.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to communicate clearly across cross-functional internal teams and external client stakeholders.
