What you will do

• Deliver induction, business submission, and licensing training to financial advisers via webinars and live sessions.
• Design and develop training content, including case studies, knowledge tests, and interactive training materials.
• Assess adviser competence through role-plays and provide constructive developmental feedback.
• Support the onboarding process for new advisers joining the QFP Network.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, AR firms, and advisers.
• Document and maintain relevant CPD hours annually to ensure industry compliance.

Requirements

• Level 4 qualification in Financial Advice is required
• Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training programs within the financial services sector
• In-depth knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Strong understanding of the advice process, compliance, and adviser soft skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and training design tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills

Nice to have

• Level 3 qualification in Mortgage Advice
• Experience using POS/CRM systems common in financial advising
