Salary: $73,000–$110,000 USD (based on compensation zones).

What you will do

  • Oversee vendor training governance through audits and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead structured Train-the-Trainer workshops to prepare site trainers for delivery.
  • Observe classroom sessions and provide actionable feedback to improve instructional quality.
  • Track and analyze new hire performance metrics and post-training outcomes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to localize and update curriculum for global audiences.
  • Implement evaluation methods to measure learner satisfaction and knowledge retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing structured training programs with vendor partners.
  • Experience delivering security-focused training within the industry.
  • Strong command of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and use metrics for data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills for diverse cultural audiences.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Background in highly regulated financial or security environments.
  • Previous experience with large-scale vendor operations or BPO management.
