What you will do

  • Own and nurture customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for your portfolio.
  • Proactively guide customers through the post-sale journey, from onboarding to renewals, ensuring clear success criteria.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to personalize engagements, identify adoption gaps, and predict potential risks.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate closely with sales counterparts to grow accounts.
  • Coordinate internal support, services, and product teams to manage escalations and meet client needs.
  • Utilize data and AI-driven insights to inform and optimize customer analytics strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics landscape.
  • Proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily workflows to improve productivity and quality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Experience with data modeling principles or SQL is a plus.
  • Must be based in Germany.
