What you will do
- Identify and research potential leads using cold outreach methods including calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and qualify leads for cloud security solutions.
- Work closely with Account Executives to align on sales strategies and ensure successful lead handoffs.
- Manage and maintain prospect data and activity history in Salesforce.
- Take ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups to meet or exceed established KPIs.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.
- 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Dutch, Flemish, or French.
- Previous experience in Cloud or Security sales.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
