Salary: $85,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
• Lead trainings, consultations, and discovery sessions, providing expert advice on GenAI features.
• Develop account-specific engagement plans to maximize end-user usage and positive sentiment.
• Monitor usage data to identify growth trends and provide actionable product feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with customer success and revenue teams to execute growth and renewal strategies.
• Onboard new clients through role-based enablement and roll-out planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience practicing law at a top-tier firm or corporate team, OR 5+ years in SaaS consulting or customer success.
• Ability to commute to one of the designated office locations at least 3 days per week.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse legal personas.
• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments.
