What you will do

• Lead business analysis across the full SDLC including discovery, requirements, and deployment.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product backlogs based on business value, risk, and technical constraints.
• Champion AI-native delivery by integrating LLMs into product and analysis workflows.
• Bridge communication between senior business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
• Monitor product performance and refine strategy based on data-driven metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership in IT or SaaS.
• Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver complex software products from start to finish.
• CET time zone alignment required.
• Practical experience with LLM tools and AI/ML concepts.
• Strong strategic and data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in flexible workspace or commercial real estate industries.
• Prior consulting experience.
