• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Appian solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Drive automation initiatives using Appian RPA to optimize productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Apply Appian AI capabilities to build intelligent, data-driven applications.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring solution quality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Appian solution design and development.
• Strong expertise in Appian RPA for enterprise process automation.
• Proven experience implementing Appian AI and intelligent automation solutions.
• Appian Certified Lead Developer and Appian Certified RPA Developer certifications.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and scalability.
