What you will do

• Define deployment strategies, referential architectures, and system sizing for SAP environments.
• Lead S/4 HANA migration projects, focusing on custom code remediation and architectural planning.
• Design and optimize solutions using BTP, Fiori, and ABAP RAP/CAPM frameworks.
• Collaborate with application architects and development staff to define and maintain technology roadmaps.
• Provide strategic consulting to clients regarding compatibility, data conversion, and integration requirements.
• Ensure project delivery adheres to budget, quality, and time constraints.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in SAP development and enterprise-grade application delivery.
• At least two SAP S/4 HANA migration projects completed.
• Proficiency with ABAP RAP, SAP CAPM, and SAP UI5.
• Deep understanding of FIORI architecture and Launchpad configuration.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including integrations and process extensions.
• Ability to work within the United States market as a full-time employee.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP serialization (ATTP, CorS) and functional areas like FI, SD, MM.
• Expertise in cloud environments (Cloud Foundry, Kyma) and multi-tier system development.
• Experience with web technologies including Java, JavaScript, and XML.
• Agile development practices and test automation knowledge.
• Prior experience in people management.
