What you will do

• Lead architecture and design of enterprise-grade finance platforms and integrations.
• Build and scale API-first, event-driven integration architectures.
• Translate finance requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence regarding code quality, performance, and security.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical decision-making and architecture reviews.
• Drive the adoption of automation and AI to improve system efficiency.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise or ERP ecosystems.
• Proven track record in a Technical Lead or senior engineering role.
• Deep expertise in Workday Financials or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong background in integration architecture including APIs and middleware like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Kafka.
• Solid programming proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-native architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML or automation in enterprise workflows.
• Domain knowledge in finance processes (R2R, P2P, Revenue).
