Location: Hybrid (US-based offices only), requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a company office or client site.

Salary: $76,000–$114,000 per year (for specific office locations).

What you will do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document complex recruitment requirements.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functionality, including job requisitions and candidate management.
  • Develop and maintain Core HR configurations, including onboarding, hiring, and security roles.
  • Design Redwood UX interfaces and create advanced analytics using OTBI reporting.
  • Support system testing, go-live phases, and provide ongoing functional maintenance.
  • Perform data migrations and integrations using HDL, HSDL, and OIC tools.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting and Core HR modules.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Journeys, Self-Service, and Redwood/VB UX configuration.
  • Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and data migration workflows.
  • Experience in multi-country Oracle HCM implementations.
  • Must be based in the United States and able to work in a hybrid model.

Nice to have

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certifications (Recruiting/HR and Core HR).
  • Proven ability to influence and coach team members.
  • Exposure to AI Agents.
