People Systems Analyst (Workday)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA offices (3 days/week in-office)

Compensation: $132,000–$173,200

What you will do

• Establish relationships with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions within Workday.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage enhancement requests.
• Configure and administer business processes, notifications, and EIBs across Workday modules.
• Assess and test new Workday features during release cycles.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with SOX and security policies.
• Integrate AI tools to improve and operationalize internal People team tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration, implementation, and support experience on a global scale.
• Proficiency in at least two Workday modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Learning, Absence, or Time Tracking).
• Deep knowledge of foundational Workday concepts, security, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Experience with data governance and sensitive data handling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Must work 3 days a week in-office in Dublin or Menlo Park, CA.

• Experience experimenting with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or Workday Agents.
