What you will do

• Design and develop complex hirify.global applications leveraging Agentforce and Agent Builder.
• Write high-quality, efficient Apex code following platform best practices.
• Build sophisticated automation using Flow Builder, including orchestration and screen flows.
• Design scalable integration solutions using REST APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to contribute to architectural decision-making and roadmap planning.
• Mentor and develop team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex development, including triggers and asynchronous patterns.
• Strong expertise in hirify.global AI features and Agentforce.
• Deep understanding of hirify.global platform fundamentals, including data models and security.
• Experience with LWC and the Lightning UI framework.
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools, and modern IDEs.
• Relevant hirify.global certifications such as Platform Developer I & II.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform for enterprise orchestration.
• Experience with hirify.global DX, scratch orgs, and CLI tools.
• Knowledge of CMDB and ITIL Service Configuration management principles.
