• Drive requirements gathering and analysis for Duck Creek Policy implementations.

• Oversee business analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor business analyst teams.
• Map complex business processes using tools like Visio or LucidChart.
• Manage day-to-day transactions and batch processes within the insurance domain.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance business analysis
• 15+ years of total IT experience
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy
• Deep knowledge of P&C Commercial Lines products
• Experience leading business analyst teams
