What you will do

• Build and maintain marketing skills, including research tools, brief generators, and brand voice assistants on the hirify.global platform.
• Manage and structure internal documentation in GitHub to ensure it is optimized for AI agent usage.
• Automate end-to-end content workflows and AI-generated slide decks for sales and customer presentations.
• Develop internal dashboards, custom interfaces, and automation pipelines to solve complex operational challenges.
• Enable non-technical colleagues to use AI tools effectively through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Provide direct feedback to the product team based on internal tool development and implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-grade AI-powered workflows or tools.
• Technical proficiency in coding, API integration, and debugging complex systems.
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail in automated outputs.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of projects without constant oversight.
• Must be based in Berlin and willing to work from the office daily.
