Vibe Coding Architect (AI): Design foundational architectures and guardrails for AI-assisted development tools to enable non-technical teams to build secure, reliable applications with an accent on prompt engineering, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. Focus on bridging engineering standards with AI-assisted development while acting as the primary technical safety net for shared infrastructure and code quality.
Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to the office in Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid role with quarterly on-site Speed.Fest events).

What you will do
- Design foundational setups for Claude Code projects, including reusable skills, plugins, and best practices.
- Review AI-generated code from non-technical teams to ensure security, quality, and maintainability.
- Build and maintain shared infrastructure like API wrappers, auth modules, and deployment templates.
- Set up and manage deployment pipelines on GCP/Firebase with proper access control and monitoring.
- Define data architecture decisions and ensure safe access to shared data.
- Train and support non-technical colleagues on using AI coding assistants and internal infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python).
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/Firebase) and AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Deep expertise in DevOps, Git workflows, and deployment strategies.
- Professional fluency in English and German is required for daily collaboration with non-technical teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and make high-level architectural decisions.

Hiring process
